30-Day Exchange Window

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible merchandise. To qualify for an exchange, your item must:

• Be unused and in like-new condition
• Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
• Include proof of purchase or your order number
• Show no signs of misuse, accidental damage, or modification

No Refunds

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or we sent the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive defective:

• Products that have been used
• Items damaged through normal use, misuse, or accidents
• Clearance or final sale merchandise
• Gift cards
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is the result of an error or a verified manufacturer defect. For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Replacement items will be shipped as soon as your exchange has been approved.
