Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. A&M Engineering LLC is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
