Damage After Delivery

Once your order has been delivered, A&M Engineering LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photos of the shipping packaging
• A description of the issue

Verified manufacturing defects may qualify for a replacement or exchange at our discretion in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and provide photographs to assist with any shipping claims.

Limitation of Liability
